Utilizzando l'applicazione WePan ("App"), disponibile su App Store e Google Play, accetti i presenti Termini e Condizioni ("Termini"). Se non accetti i Termini, ti preghiamo di non utilizzare l'App.
WePan è un'applicazione mobile dedicata all'apprendimento e alla pratica dello strumento musicale handpan. L'App offre contenuti didattici, esercizi guidati, classifiche e funzionalità premium accessibili tramite abbonamento.
Per utilizzare l'App è necessario creare un account. Puoi registrarti tramite:
Sei responsabile della riservatezza delle tue credenziali e di tutte le attività svolte tramite il tuo account. Ti impegni a fornire informazioni accurate e aggiornate.
L'accesso ai contenuti premium avviene tramite i seguenti piani:
Abbonamenti con rinnovo automatico
Gli abbonamenti con rinnovo automatico vengono addebitati all'inizio di ogni periodo e si rinnovano automaticamente salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della scadenza del periodo in corso. La disdetta può essere effettuata tramite le impostazioni del proprio account sullo store di riferimento (App Store o Google Play).
Acquisti una tantum (senza addebiti ricorrenti)
I piani Lifetime e Lifetime Legacy non si rinnovano automaticamente e non prevedono alcun addebito successivo al pagamento iniziale. L'accesso a eventuali nuove funzionalità principali non incluse nell'attuale offerta premium potrà essere soggetto a condizioni separate.
I pagamenti vengono elaborati tramite Apple App Store, Google Play o Stripe a seconda della piattaforma. Le tariffe possono essere soggette a variazioni; eventuali modifiche ai piani con rinnovo automatico ti saranno comunicate con adeguato preavviso.
Puoi cancellare il tuo abbonamento in qualsiasi momento tramite le impostazioni del tuo account sullo store di riferimento (App Store o Google Play). La cancellazione avrà effetto al termine del periodo già pagato. Non sono previsti rimborsi per i periodi parzialmente utilizzati, salvo diversa disposizione di legge.
Tutti i contenuti dell'App (testi, audio, video, grafica, codice) sono di proprietà esclusiva di WePan o dei rispettivi titolari e sono protetti dalle leggi sul diritto d'autore. È vietata qualsiasi riproduzione, distribuzione o utilizzo commerciale non autorizzato.
Utilizzando l'App ti impegni a non:
L'App è fornita "così com'è". WePan non garantisce che l'App sia priva di errori o interruzioni. Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge applicabile, WePan non sarà responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso dell'App.
WePan si riserva il diritto di modificare i presenti Termini in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche saranno comunicate tramite l'App o via email. Il proseguimento dell'utilizzo dell'App dopo la notifica costituisce accettazione dei nuovi Termini.
I presenti Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Eventuali controversie saranno devolute alla competenza esclusiva del Foro di Milano, salvo diversa previsione di legge a tutela del consumatore.

WePan is a mobile application dedicated to learning and practicing the handpan musical instrument. The App offers educational content, guided exercises, leaderboards, and premium features accessible via subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Access to premium content is available through the following plans:
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be managed through your account settings on the relevant store (App Store or Google Play).
One-time purchases (no recurring billing)
Lifetime and Lifetime Legacy plans do not auto-renew and no further charges are made after the initial payment. Access to future major new features not part of the current premium offering may be subject to separate terms.
Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe depending on the platform. Prices may be subject to change; any modifications to auto-renewing plans will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the relevant store (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used periods, unless required by applicable law.
All content in the App (text, audio, video, graphics, code) is the exclusive property of WePan or its respective rights holders and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
By using the App, you agree not to:
The App is provided "as is". WePan does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WePan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
WePan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer protection law.
